Lauren trained professionally, graduating with her National Diploma in Musical Theatre (TRINITY, London). Most recently, Lauren played the role of Liz in Drew McOnie’s Strictly Ballroom at the Piccadilly Theatre, Toronto, and at the West Yorkshire Playhouse. Prior to this she played Dale Tremont in Top Hat at Kilworth House directed and choreographed by Stephen Mear. 
Other theatre credits include: Amber, Hairspray (UK Tour); Ensemble/Cover Tara & Pandora in Exposure (St James); Ensemble in Feelin’ in the Mood (Workshop); Ensemble in Dance Til’ Dawn (UK Tour); Swing/Cover Glinda inWicked (West End); Ensemble/Cover and played the role of Doralee Rhodes in9 to 5 (UK Tour); Frenchy/Cover Sandy in Grease (UK Tour); Ensemble/Cover Penny Pingleton in Hairspray (UK Tour); Sharpette/Cover Sharpay Evans in Disney's High School Musical (UK Tour); Belle in Beauty in the Beast (Royal Spa Centre Leamington); Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty (Princess Theatre); Jemima Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang(London Palladium); Young Cosette in Les Misérables (Palace Theatre); title role in Annie (UK Tour); Mugglewump in The Twits (UK Tour).
Television and radio credits include: the role of Vanessa in It's a Girl Thing(Channel 4); Bringer of Sweets (BBC Radio 4). She has also featured as a voice-over artiste for numerous projects including Disney and British Telecom.
